(NAT). We are the oldest martial arts school in Norristown. For over 32
years Master Plichta has taught traditional Taekwon-Do to thousands of
students. NAT prides itself on its professional and traditional
teaching methods. Although tradition is important NAT is never left in
the past. NAT is on the cutting edge of new and revolutionary training

under the leadership of 9th dan Grandmaster H.Y. Kang, president and
founder. Grandmaster Kang started his training in the early 1930's. He
is one of founders of modern Taekwon-Do. He oversees all CTF schools in
the United Stated and around the world. His almost 70 years of martial
arts training is an inspiration to all his students.
